The Izod Indy Car Series returned to Belle Isle in Detroit for the first time in four years and not even a track that was tearing up could slow down Scott Dixon from leading wire-to-wire to get the win. We talk to Dixon about the win and this weekend’s race in Texas.
Detroit also saw the Grand-Am Rolex Series in action. Speaking of action, Action Express and their Chevrolet Corvette Daytona Prototypes finished one-two. Darren Law was co-driver of the winning car and will join us.
NHRA at Englishtown saw two Don Schumacher Funny Cars do battle in the finals with Johnny Gray coming out on top of teammate Ron Capps. Johnny stops by.
And speaking of NHRA, another Force is not that far away from joining the pro ranks. Brittany Force is testing here Brand Source Top Fuel Ford dragster. We will find out how things have been progressing.
