Mentally Tough or Spiritually Tough: Are today’s athletes equipped to survive a victory, loss, rejection and career ending injuries.

Host, Ida Muorie have put together a three-prong attack panel that will tackle the question: Are today's athletes equipped to survive a victory, loss, rejection and career ending injuries? Special guest Minister Felicia Young, mother of NFL Quarterback Vincent Young will tackle the balance between mental toughness and spiritual toughness, and how both play a great part in helping an athlete navigate challenges of playing sports and having a personal life. Another panel member is Craig Sigl, the mental toughness trainer, who specializes in working with youth sports athletes, who are eager to experience potential and want to deal with performance-limiting fears. Craig is the creator of 7 mental game training programs for athletes that are sold in 28 countries, and he has grown a network of 18, 000 athletes worldwide. He leads many workshops, seminars for athletic teams, and has been featured on NBC TV's Evening Magazine show and newspapers around the country. Psycholigist, Dr. Theresa B. Fletcher will also join the panel. Dr. Fletcher is a veteran in the counseling of elite athletes, and have co-author several white papers on the subject matter. Together with Host, ida Muorie, the panel will try to open the mystery of why so many athletes are dying and choosing suicide as their choice of weapon, and why bountygate and cheatgate has its roots in youth sports.
